Strawberries on Toast
Good-quality ciabatta or sourdough bread, thickly sliced
Fresh strawberries, hulled
Grill the bread on one side only. Slice the strawberries thickly and pile on to the ungrilled side of the bread, covering right up to the edges. Sprinkle with caster sugar and grill for about two minutes, or until the sugar caramelizes into a golden glaze (take care that the bread doesn't burn). Dust with icing sugar and serve with thick Greek-style yoghurt.
